CHANEL will launch its new liquid lipstick, Rouge Allure Ink Fusion, on October 4th. Leading up to the launch, a special beauty event, THE INK LIBRARY, will be held for a limited time from September 13th to 23rd in Omotesando, Tokyo.

The newly introduced Rouge Allure Ink Fusion (4,200 yen) further enhances the matte texture and vibrant color of Rouge Allure Ink, which was released in 2016 and stains lips like ink for a frosted finish. A waterproof liquid lip color that blends vividly and lightly with your lips.

At this event held to commemorate the release, you will be able to try out and purchase new products and limited edition colors before they are released nationwide.

The playfully designed venue with a library theme features an entrance featuring a large book telling the story of Gabrielle Chanel, an installation of event-exclusive makeup looks by Chanel Global Makeup & Color Designer Lucia Pica using Rouge Allure Ink Fusion, and a library-themed touch-up zone featuring new products and limited edition colors. During the event, new products "Rouge Allure Ink Fusion," "Rouge Allure Ink Metallic," and new colors of "Rouge Allure Ink" will be released in advance, as well as two colors of "Les Quatre Ombres" (6,900 yen), which will be available exclusively in stores and will enhance the charm of Asian women and create a feminine look. ©CHANEL
Also available at the venue will be "LIP READER," a digital tool that reads your personality from the shape of your lips; "DECLARATION," a participatory digital activity where you can choose your favorite colors and words to create your own original visual; "MY BOOK," where you can try your luck on a special bookshelf; and a reservation-only makeup service featuring an event-exclusive look supervised by Lucia Pica.
