LES SIX presented its Fall Winter 2026 collection at the Kinoshita Circus Tachihi Special Tent in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Illuminated only faintly in the night, the tent emerged in silence, its presence carrying a quiet unease that stood in contrast to the festive imagery typically associated with the circus.

Inside, the venue remained dim, with scattered neon lights illuminating fragments of the stage. These lights disrupted the viewer’s perception, dissolving the boundary between reality and fiction. As the show began, two clowns appeared, smiling and gesturing toward the audience, encouraging applause. The stillness that had filled the space gradually gave way to a different atmosphere.

Soon after, one of Kinoshita Circus’ signature acts, the “Globe of Death,” entered the space. Inside a spherical steel cage measuring approximately seven meters in diameter, three motocross bikes accelerated and crossed paths at high speed. The vibration and the lingering scent of exhaust filled the tent, heightening the audience’s awareness as the collection quietly unfolded.

The models appeared with transparent vinyl wrap tightly covering their heads, paired with distorted clown makeup emphasizing their lips. Their expressions were partially obscured, presenting them not as individuals, but as anonymous presences within the space. A purple long coat, structurally reconfigured shirts, and diamond-patterned outerwear were introduced, each distinct in form, yet unified in presenting the body as something shaped by role rather than identity.

Toward the end, the two clowns returned, marking the finale. Their reappearance created a circular structure, suggesting neither a clear beginning nor end, but the completion of a self-contained spectacle.
Rather than explaining the garments themselves, LES SIX presented a constructed environment where the relationships between presence, role, reality, and fiction emerged through experience. Staged within the context of a circus, the show existed not only as a fashion presentation, but as a moment that remained vividly within memory.
