Australian botanical cosmetics brand Aesop has released oil burner blends (25mL/3,990 yen) named after three French actresses. The products were first released overseas in 2007. The decision to launch them in Japan was made in response to strong customer demand for more room fragrances and other items for use in the home. The three scents are "Anouk," a citrus and floral blend of lemon peel, ylang-ylang, and bergamot peel; "Catherine," featuring orange peel, cedar atlas, and clove; and "Isabelle," featuring spearmint leaves, sage leaves, and rosemary leaves. Simply add one to five drops to an oil burner and use it as a room fragrance. The products are named after Anouk Aimee, Catherine Deneuve and Isabelle Adjani and are sold exclusively in the company's own stores.
