80s and 90s trends are making a comeback, with a relaxed, bubble-era revival

Makeup saw a slightly more mature focus on "lady" and "fashion." Bright, short, and thick eyebrows, reminiscent of the bubble era, were a defining feature. Bright lipsticks, including red, vibrant rose, and vivid pink, which hadn't been seen for a while, returned to fashion for the first time since the bubble era. Bob styles became a trend in hair, and thin, down-swept bangs, known as "swept-up bangs" or "bare-shape bangs" during the bubble era, became popular again as "see-through bangs."
