On the 20th of last month, California-based J Brand opened its world-first boutique on the 4th floor of Seibu Shibuya Building A.
J Brand, which made its official debut in Japan in 2013, is a denim brand that offers items characterized by minimalist, solid designs and fits. The newly opened shop features a new direction that is more conscious of total fashion.
The store will feature the 2015-16 Autumn/Winter collection, including items that overturn existing concepts of denim and a full line of ready-to-wear items. Additionally, the store will be exclusively selling an archive collection that brings together ready-to-wear items that have not previously been released in Japan.
