John Bull is relaunching its women's jeans for the 2014-2015 Autumn/Winter collection. Until now, the brand has used denim fabric woven with uneven yarns to achieve a vintage look with vertical fading. However, starting this fall/winter season, the brand will be using denim fabric woven with unevenly dyed straight yarns. This denim fabric features unevenly dyed warp yarns, resulting in a smooth surface, but retaining the traditional vertical fading characteristics. The jeans will be available in three styles: skinny, ankle-length, and regular straight. The regular straight style, which falls straight from below the knee, is a new model available this fall. Men's jeans have already been using this fabric since this spring. Additionally, for fall/winter, men's jeans with a hard-washed, vintage look will be available. For outerwear, the brand will offer duffle coats and pea coats made from tightly twisted wool melton, as well as blazers made from a wool fabric called navy satin, which originated in the navy. For women's outerwear, the brand will offer shaggy coats and blousons made from the same wool blend, but with a long pile.
