Tamme has unveiled its Fall Winter 2026 collection. This season’s theme, “ORDER,” originates from designer Tatsuya Tamada’s rediscovery of a photograph showing his father in a police uniform during a recent visit home—an image that led him to reconsider the structural foundation underlying his approach to clothing.
Police uniforms embody systems of order and function. Their form and details define the relationship between the body and institutional structure. This collection begins with those uniform elements, reinterpreting their structural logic through Tamme’s design language.

The collection features garments inspired by the structure of stab-resistant vests, reimagined using suiting materials. Originally intended as protective equipment, these forms are translated into tailored garments, repositioning their function within a different material and formal context.
Operational uniform structures are also expressed through flocked denim, presenting garments rooted in utility through alternative textile treatments.

Ceremonial aiguillettes, traditionally worn as part of police dress uniforms, appear as necklaces and wallet chains. Front hook systems found in police coats are reintroduced as fastening mechanisms, replacing conventional buttons.
These elements preserve the symbolic language of uniforms while presenting them within a new structural framework.

Footwear developed in collaboration with KIDS LOVE GAITE appears throughout the collection. Based on the construction of police boots, these designs maintain functional integrity while being reconfigured into new forms.

This season’s collection represents an attempt to reinterpret the structure of institutional uniforms through the lens of personal memory. Garments that once signified social order are presented again, retaining their structural logic while existing within a new context.
Rather than rejecting order, Tamada’s work examines and reconstructs it. What emerges is not disorder, but another form of order—one that exists within the structure of deviation itself.
