French luxury footwear brand Repetto will host Atelier Repetto at its Isetan Shinjuku store from January 28 to February 8, inviting customers to create a one-of-a-kind pair of shoes through a personalized ordering experience.

At Atelier Repetto, guests can choose from approximately 100 different materials and components, freely combining leather types, colors, silhouettes, and heel heights. Each pair is crafted using traditional techniques passed down at Repetto’s workshop in the Dordogne region of France, where skilled artisans meticulously hand-finish every shoe.

Personalization extends beyond form and material. Each ordered pair is finished with a discreet gold “R” logo on the heel and can be customized with a name or personal message on the insole, adding a quiet but meaningful sense of individuality. Completed shoes are delivered approximately three and a half months after ordering.

The lineup centers on Ballerinas Base, featuring Repetto’s iconic round-toe ballerina styles such as Cendrillon. Variations include Lilouh, distinguished by its deeper vamp, and Flora, characterized by its cap-toe design. Adjustments to heel height and vamp length allow each model to be tailored to the wearer.

Also available are the comfort-driven loafer Michael, created in 2009 as a tribute to Michael Jackson, and the lace-up shoe Zizi, famously worn by French cultural icon Serge Gainsbourg. Together, these models reflect Repetto’s enduring design codes and its heritage rooted in movement and performance.
