"Dig Labo Soft Cream Laboratory" has released a summer-only flavor using fruity mango puree!

Dig Labo Soft Cream Laboratory, a soft cream specialty store that opened in Namba, Osaka in March this year, will be selling its summer-only airy soft cream, "Midsummer Fresh Mango," from June 1st to August 31st.
Airy soft cream contains approximately 45% to 75% air, compared to the approximately 30% air content of regular soft cream, resulting in the "ultimate fluffy texture." Made with carefully selected ingredients, it has a rich, rich flavor, but the air content has been adjusted to suit the ingredients used, leaving a light and airy aftertaste. This is a new type of soft serve ice cream, characterized by its innovative visual appearance reminiscent of a flower in full bloom.
The new "Midsummer Fresh Mango" (556 yen) is a product that combines mango puree, which has a strong fruity flavor, including the acidity, sweetness, and aroma of mango. With a fluffy and smooth texture and the natural tropical and fresh deliciousness of mango, it is the perfect summer treat.
