For a limited time only, from February 1st to 14th, Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe will be offering the sweet and grown-up "Valentine's Parfait" (1,980 yen including tax).

This lovely parfait is made with several types of berries, heart-shaped chocolates, strawberries, and more. It is filled with an abundance of ingredients, including chocolate sorbet, chocolate ice cream, mascarpone cream, espresso sauce, caramel-flavored jelly, sautéed bananas, and walnuts.

The parfait is made with vanilla ice cream made using a recipe that has been used since the store opened, and raspberry sauce adds a flavor accent, creating a parfait with a not-too-sweet adult taste and a variety of textures to enjoy.
