The "Royal Milk Tea with the Fragrance of Earl Grey" is the perfect cheese tart for teatime, allowing you to enjoy the elegant aroma and flavor of royal milk tea. The cheese tart is baked until lightly browned, then topped with a cream made from vanilla cream made with milk from Hokkaido and Earl Grey tea from Sri Lanka, and finished with a light sprinkling of powdered sugar.

The rich aroma of bergamot from Earl Grey tea and the mellow vanilla cream match perfectly with the rich cheese tart, creating a new flavor that you can enjoy like never before.
