Roger Vivier will be releasing the "Sneaky Viv" sneaker for the first time as a key item in its Spring/Summer 2016 collection.

The "Sneaky Viv" sneaker is available in skateboarder's iconic white sneakers (157,000 yen) and navy silk sneakers (153,000 yen), adorned with a "pilgrim buckle" made of baguette-cut crystals. Its casual spirit contrasts with the sophistication of jewelry.

A model with a side zip, similar to the Derby shoes introduced in the Fall/Winter 2015 season, will also be released. A model (106,000 yen) featuring a paper-cut multicolored leather flower appliqué, a motif representative of this season, will also be available. Creative Director Bruno Frisoni commented, "Sneakers have become a wardrobe essential in modern times. Like jeans, they are an option for dramatically changing and lightening a sophisticated look. The Sneaky Viv is a sexy piece for any occasion, undeniably street chic, and very Vivier (very Roger Vivier)."
