FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will be launching a new fair menu using plenty of seasonal lemons from April 28th. Limited-edition dishes include Miracle Pancakes and Eggs Benedict.


The new "Miracle Pancake Lemon and Cream Cheese" (1,300 yen) is a dish inspired by a refreshing lemon cheese tart.

Fluffy soufflé pancakes are topped with rich cream cheese gelato wrapped in gyuhi, cheese cream made from Setouchi lemons, lemon compote, lemon cream sauce, and various other lemon flavors, creating a gentle sweetness. The dish is accented with a crunchy almond crumble resembling a tart crust. The fresh lemon and lemon ginger sauce, which is served separately, adds a strong lemon acidity, transforming the gentle flavor into a refreshing impression. Enjoy a refreshing taste right down to the last bite.

"Eggs Benedict Honey Mustard Chicken with Fruit Salad" (1,300 yen)
The popular lunchtime Eggs Benedict has also been released as a limited edition item, "Eggs Benedict Honey Mustard Chicken with Fruit Salad" (1,300 yen), which adds a lemon accent. The eggs benedict features tender Date chicken honey mustard, poached eggs, zucchini, and hollandaise sauce, surrounded by a salad of grapefruit, orange, lemon, and plenty of other fruit.

"Twin Drink Cup" (580 yen)
The "Twin Drink Cup" (580 yen) is also available, allowing you to freely combine drinks to pair with your meal. This latest drink lets you enjoy both vibrant spring fruit teas like "Tieguanyin Strawberry Tea" and "Tieguanyin Orange Tea" and the classic "Tapioca Milk Tea" all in one. You can choose two from tapioca milk tea, tapioca matcha milk tea, Tieguanyin strawberry tea, Tieguanyin orange tea, and pineapple and passion green tea.

The "Miracle Pancakes with Lemon and Cream Cheese" and "Eggs Benedict with Honey Mustard Chicken and Fruit Salad" will be available at all Flipper's stores from April 28th to June 30th. The "Twin Drink Cup" will be sold at all Flipper's and Flipper's Stand stores year-round and is also available for takeout.
