The "Kagoshima Annouimo" (278 yen) is a dish in which a generous amount of bean paste made from Annou sweet potatoes from Tanegashima, Kagoshima Prefecture, is squeezed into a Mont Blanc-like shape on top of a crispy tart crust filled with cheese cream. The rich sweetness of the Annou sweet potato and the moderate tart acidity of the cheese tart create a perfect autumnal flavor.
