Gallery X by Parco, located on Spain Hill in Shibuya, will be holding the first archive exhibition of popular illustrator Yu Nagaba, "YU NAGABA EXIHIBITION 'I DID'," from December 2nd to 12th.

Yu Nagaba is an illustrator who gained attention for his illustrations that appeared on the cover of the magazine POPEYE in 2014, and has since been active in a wide range of fields, including magazines, advertisements, and collaborations with apparel brands. This exhibition features over 100 original drawings, created over a three-year period between 2014 and 2017, when Nagaba's current style was established, as well as video installations. At first glance, his works may seem simple and impersonal, but the sheer volume of his work offers a glimpse into the source of his ideas and the thought process that goes into creating them. To coincide with the exhibition, the venue will be selling original merchandise such as T-shirts (¥4,104 including tax), caps (¥5,184 including tax), hoodies (¥7,560 including tax), mugs, pin badges, and more. The archive collection "I DID" (¥3,000), created to commemorate the exhibition, will also be available for pre-sale. Additionally, a limited edition of 300 copies (¥6,000) featuring Nagaba Yu's illustrations and original textiles will also be available for pre-sale.

In addition, a "caricature signing event" where Nagaba Yu will draw a caricature will be held on December 2nd and 9th, exclusively for purchasers of the "Exhibition Commemorative Special Edition." Numbered tickets for the caricature signing event will be distributed to the first 100 people from December 2nd for the date of their choice, and the event will be held in two sessions, from 12:00 and 15:00 on both days.
