
Parco will open a new commercial facility, "Sapporo Zero Gate" (tentative name) (3-15-1 Minami 2-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido) in the Odori district of Sapporo in spring 2016.
It will have two basement floors and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 2,965.52 square meters. It is planned to be built to the north of the "Sapporo Shinkin Bank Head Office Building" (tentative name) planned by Sapporo Shinkin Bank, and to the south of Sapporo Parco. It will be connected on the second basement floor to the underground passageway that runs from Sapporo Station to Susukino Station, and the underground shopping mall "Pole Town."
Tenants have yet to be decided.
