Andaz Tokyo will offer special summer-only menus, including a "Summer BBQ" and "Summer Wine." Cafe & Bar BeBu will host a "Summer BBQ" from July 1 to August 31. The event will begin with homemade salads and side dishes, such as "Dried Cranberry and Goat Cheese Couscous Salad" and "Cajun Spice Potatoes," served with a refreshing sour cream and herb dip. The grilled main course will be beef brisket, marinated for over a day and then slow-cooked for 20 hours, served with homemade barbecue sauce, coleslaw, and toasted soft rolls. Other dishes include pork ribs that fall off the bone, and tandoori chicken marinated in secret spices for 24 hours and grilled to perfection. For drinks, all-you-can-drink draft beer, perfect for a summer BBQ, and wines that complement the food will be available. From July 16th to August 31st, the main dining restaurant, Andaz Tavern, will offer tartare and carpaccio made with carefully selected ingredients, each paired with a unique summer wine. The summer wines include a refreshing white wine from Nagano, rich with aromas of domestic citrus and herbs; two completely different types of rosé wine from California; and a rich and creamy red sparkling wine made entirely from Australian black grapes. From July 1st to August 31st, the rooftop bar will offer a "Mojito Summer Crush" event, featuring refreshing mojitos and caipirinhas made with seasonal fruits, as well as unique shaved ice cocktails. The cocktails, based on rum aged in wood barrels, feature an abundance of fresh passion fruit from Okinawa, figs from Aichi Prefecture, mango, pineapple, peaches, Kyoho grapes, and fresh mint.
