Roberto Cavalli has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2015 women's collection. This time, the collection is inspired by a woman walking gracefully along a pier, enjoying the sea breeze, forgetting her busy city life. Vibrant colors like fire orange, cerulean blue, racing green, and saffron yellow evoke the summer. Various styles are featured, including a long silk georgette dress with a psychedelic floral print and ribbons, a voluminous pleated dress created by combining multicolored jacquard and tulle, and a contrasting sheer white and pastel-colored embroidered tulle. A variety of leathers, including shiny crocodile, polished python, and laminated silver, are also used for shoes and bags. Denim, the house's signature fabric, is given a vintage treatment, resulting in unexpected outfits. Distressed and patchwork denim is paired with sheer white guipure lace, and cutout lace with silvery swatches is paired with a black denim pantsuit.
Flowing silhouettes of evening wear feature animal prints with sequin beading combined with lavish lace, feathers and English embroidery. New for this season, a long dress in an ocelot print is accentuated by a cobalt blue accent.
