Grand Hyatt Tokyo: Enjoy conveyor belt sushi and garden-themed course meals on the terrace

Grand Hyatt Tokyo is offering a summer terrace plan, allowing guests to enjoy food and drinks on the terrace. Until September 30th, the French Kitchen on the second floor will be offering a garden-themed "Garden Bistronomy" course menu with wine carefully selected by a sommelier. The course menu includes a surprising vegetable garden-themed amuse-bouche, appetizer, main dish, and dessert. The regular plan (5,200 yen) includes two glasses of sommelier-selected wine, while the premium plan (6,200 yen) offers free-flow sparkling wine and hotel-branded wine, as well as a sharing-style main dish. The restaurant also offers terrace seating, allowing guests to enjoy an elegant dinner under the soft lighting and in the evening breeze. Until August 31st, Edomae Sushi Rokku on the sixth floor will be offering a terrace-only "SUSHI GO ROUND" plan (10,000 yen), where diners can share sushi served on a large platter at a turntable. The restaurant offers a course menu featuring appetizers, tempura, and sushi made with seasonal ingredients carefully selected from around Japan. Additionally, a monthly rotating sake tasting set (¥2,300) featuring three delicious sakes from around Japan, carefully selected by Rokuryoku's sake sommelier, Atsushi Sato, is available. The wide selection includes refreshing sakes perfect for summer's mild white fish, creamy sakes perfect for seasonal sea urchin, and sweet tsume-dare sauces. The restaurant also offers an attractive lineup of popular "Japanese beers" (starting from ¥1,500). A total of 10 craft beers, perfectly paired with sushi, have been carefully selected from breweries across Japan. The Oak Door on the 6th floor will be hosting "Oak Door Beer Garden 2016" until September 30th, exclusively on the terrace. Enjoy free-flowing cocktails, draft beer, wine, and soft drinks, along with popular Cuban and Caribbean cuisine. In addition to the regular plan (6,800 yen), there is also a premium plan (7,900 yen) that includes premium drinks.You can also enjoy side dishes such as garlic shrimp, Iberico ham, and tenderloin steak for an additional 500 yen per dish.
