Andaz Tokyo's summer-only menu features Hokkaido's bounty, BBQ, and fruit-filled cocktails

The luxury hotel Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills will be offering a variety of summer-only menus starting July 1st. From July 1st to 31st, the main dining area, Andaz Tavern, which serves authentic European regional cuisine using seasonal Japanese ingredients, will be offering a summer-only menu called "Made in Hokkaido," making full use of Hokkaido's bounty. Executive Sous Chef Wataru Okawa has carefully selected fresh ingredients from all over Hokkaido to create exquisite dishes, including Ezo Bafun sea urchin raised on Rishiri kelp, flavorful Shiraoi beef, and aged pork from Shiretoko raised on Mugi-o. A la carte menus start at 2,400 yen, while course menus range from 10,000 to 15,000 yen. From July 1st to August 31st, the cafe and bar BeBu will be offering a barbecue plate called "Summer Night BBQ." The menu includes tender pork ribs smothered in a honey and hoisin barbecue sauce and grilled on a smoked grill, Greek-style chicken marinated in saffron yogurt, and grilled fresh fish from Tsukiji Market marinated in white wine, tomatoes, and olives. Guests can choose from terrace seating for a relaxing evening breeze or indoor seating for a more relaxed dining experience. The price is ¥5,500, including two hours of free drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails. From July 1 to August 31, the Rooftop Bar will be offering a "Mojito Summer Night" featuring mojitos made with summer fruits. The refreshing "Seasonal Fruit Mojito" (¥1,800) is made with oak-aged rum and features pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, peach, and fig. A "Seasonal Frozen Margarita" (¥1,800) will also be available, with a rotating selection available weekly.

In addition, from August 1st to 31st, cocktails using Japanese peaches, which boast high quality both in aroma and flavor, will be available. Cocktails that bring out the best in peaches (priced from 1,750 yen to 2,200 yen) include the "Vanilla & Peach Mule," "Homemade Peach Ginger Beer," and "Peach & Barrel Sake." The "Personal Collins" (1,850 yen), the winning cocktail from the "Chivas Masters Cocktail Competition" held in May, will also be available until August 31st.

In addition, the pastry shop is selling three types of summer gift sets containing assortments of original sweets such as madeleines, cookies, and pound cake until July 15th.
