Dior presented its 2014-15 Autumn/Winter collection. This season, artistic director Raf Simons focused on tailoring and layering. A double-breasted jacket was layered over a double-breasted coat. A deep V-neck sleeveless dress was paired with a tank-like design in a different color, and a long glittery dress was paired with a T-shirt. A 1950s dress designed by Monsieur Dior was updated with nylon and quilted. The Greek god Atlas was hidden within the quilting. The corset-like lacing throughout was made with sneaker laces, mixing classic and modern elements. A large, ruffled shawl was a striking accessory. The shoes featured pumps with sneaker soles. The heels were inspired by the comma heel from Roger Vivier's time.
