Issey Miyake turns the streets of Tokyo, New York, and Paris into denim. New jeans on sale.

ISSEY MIYAKE, led by Miyamae Yoshiyuki, has released its new denim collection for the 2013-14 Autumn/Winter season, "CITYSCAPE DENIM."

Inspired by the collection's "landscapes seen from the sky," bird's-eye views of three cities around the world are woven into the stretch denim fabric.

New York, with its orderly Manhattan cityscape resembling a checkerboard pattern; Paris, with its radiating roads; and Tokyo, with its complex, dense maze-like streets. Above each cityscape, the location of an ISSEY MIYAKE street-level store is marked with a star in foil.

Each denim comes in two styles: slim and straight. Each is priced at 36,750 yen.
